- Arrange for a detailed Inventory & Schedule of Condition
- Arrange Energy Performance Certificate by an Accredited Assessor – (now a government requirement prior to commencement of marketing)
- Arrange Rent Protection Insurance
- Collect first months rent and security deposit – (which is to be registered in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
- Change utility services into tenants names and finalise landlords account
- Set up standing order for future rental payments
